Pete and Bree Ammerman
Missionaries-in-training with a heart for Missionary Kids

About us: (Our Bio)

We are Pete and Bree Ammerman and our heart beat is to be a part of God’s plan to reach every tribe, tongue, and nation.  As we prayerfully follow God’s leading, we believe our role is supporting MKs (Missionary Kids) as they navigate life in a cross-cultural context.  MKs spent a portion of their formative childhood years in one or more other cultures than their “passport” country. Most MKs will return to their passport country at some point in their lives, undergoing repatriation. MKs tend to develop their identities while living abroad, thus blending their “home” culture with the culture of the world around them.

We believe successful ministry to missionary kids would be to help reinforce them while on the field spiritually, socially and emotionally, reintegrate them smoothly into their “home” culture, reestablish their foundation of faith, and reconnect those who have lost touch with others in the missionary community, while promoting spiritual enrichment in the life of all MKs, for the Glory of God.
